After losing 75 Pounds on her own coach Ray grew to love fitness and Nutrition. She was first certified through the Nutrition Coaching Institute as a Nutrition Coach and learned to teach other women how to gain freedom through diet and lifestyle changes. She then got ISSA Certified as a Personal Trainer and began leading groups of men and women into total body strength in her band and Kettlebell style approach to group fitness training with the Spring Hill Rec Center. Rayann has since gotten certified in Mindset and Hormones coaching. She is currently completing her level 2 Nutrition coaching program and is diving deeper into complex diets/Nutrition for specialty cases like peek performance for Athletes, Longevity Practices, Gut Health, or complex/plateaued clients. She is looking forward to helping women who are JUST LIKE HER finally Change it! and she runs the ever growing Facebook community "Don't Like it? Change it!" where she shares knowledge, daily challenges, and supports the community as they turn their lives around. We are so excited to finally have a space of our own where Rayann can thrive. She is a true superstar and you'll understand once you come to one of her classes.
